  • At all Como Hotels and Resorts www.como.bz , with properties in the Turks & Caicos, London, Bali, and Bangkok, free group yoga sessions are offered six days a week, and personal instruction is available at any time. Plus, all of the rooms at Como’s properties include a yoga mat, so you can practice at any time of the day.
  • In Scottsdale, Arizona, The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa www.kierlandresort.com has an Animal Yoga program just for kids ages 7-12 at Agave, the resort’s spa. In the 45-minute Sunday morning class, kids will practice traditional yoga, except to them they’ll roar like a lion, hop like a bunny, stretch like a giraffe, and sit like a dog.
  • The Fern Tree Spa at the Half Moon resort in Jamaica www.halfmoon.com has two programs for yoga aficionados. The Yoga Retreat Day includes one morning and evening yoga session, a Pranajama workshop to teach proper breath control, and a meditation session. The Ultimate Yoga Escape package is great for travellers who want a little bit of everything, and includes two daily yoga classes, a personal consultation with a spa expert, an hour-long massage, and access to the spa’s Meditation Labyrinth.
  • Kimpton’s Hotel Solamar in San Diego www.hotelsolamar.com provides guests with as much yoga as they want, with an in-room yoga program. Pick up a kit that contains a yoga mat, yoga strap, block, and core strength band at the front desk and tune the TV in your room to the Mind. Body. Spa/Yoga Channel and practice to your heart’s content, totally free of charge.
  • In Florida, The Spa at Amelia Island Plantation www.aipfl.com offers yoga instruction in what resembles a treehouse, where the entire second floor of the spa is surrounded by trees and dedicated to the practice of yoga. Sessions are led by one of the area’s most in-demand yoga instructors, Teri Daggett.
