Lately, I’ve noticed a big push among travel companies to give away free trips in order to promote their destinations. Some of them aren’t chump change, either. Here are a few:
The swim-up bar at the Sunset Jamaica Grande Resort & Spa

*The Netherlands Board of Tourism and Conventions just launched its newest marketing campaign — “Just be. In Holland.” — and to mark the launch of this new year-long campaign, you can enter a series of contests at the website each week through March 4th. You’ll be eligible for weekly prizes and one grand prize: two round-trip business class tickets on KLM Royal Dutch Airlines to Amsterdam, and a four-night stay at the Sofitel Amsterdam The Grand.
